About Us
Living Faith Church, established in 2024 with the Christian & Missionary Alliance, is a Princeton, IL micro-church plant dedicated to serving our community with genuine love and authenticity. We teach that true discipleship begins in the home and is driven by a heart transformation rooted in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. As we cultivate community relationships, Living Faith encourages individuals to love the Lord our God with all of our heart, all of our soul, all of our mind, and all of our strength, and then to love our neighbor as ourselves (Luke 10:27).
Living Faith guides individuals to seek transformation in Christ, rooted in God’s word the bible, to open the door to God’s plan for their life. We warmly invite you to join us and discover how the Holy Spirit is calling to you.
What We Believe
One God
There is one God, Creator of all things, who is infinitely perfect, existing eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Deut. 6:4, Rev. 4:11, Matt. 5:48, Matt. 28:19 )
GOD & MAN
Jesus Christ is the true God and true man. He was sent by the Father, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin, Mary. Jesus died on the cross, the just for the unjust, as a substitutionary sacrifice, and all who believe in Him are justified on the ground of His shed blood. He rose from the dead according to the Scriptures. He is now at the right hand of the God the Father as our great High Priest. He will come again. (Phil. 2:6–11, John 20:21, Luke 1:34–38, 1 Pet. 3:18, Heb. 2:9, Rom. 5:9, 1 Cor. 15:3–4, Heb. 8:1, Isa. 9:6–7, Rev 1:7 )
Holy Spirit
The divine Holy Spirit is sent to indwell, guide, teach, gift, empower, and bear His fruit in every believer. He convicts the world of sin, of righteousness, and of judgment. (John 14:16–18, John 16:13; 1 Cor. 12:4, 11; Acts 1:8; Gal. 5:22–23, John 16:7–11)
The Bible
The Old and New Testaments, inerrant as originally given, were inspired by God and are a complete revelation of His will for our salvation. They constitute the divine and only rule of Christian faith and practice. (2 Pet. 1:20–21; 2 Tim. 3:15–17)
Sinful Nature
Man was originally created in the image and likeness of God: he fell through disobedience, incurring thereby both physical and spiritual death. All men are born with a sinful nature, are separated from God, and can be saved only through the atoning work of the Lord Jesus Christ. The portion of the impenitent and unbelieving is existence forever in conscious torment; and that of the believer, in everlasting joy and bliss. (Genesis 1:27, Romans 3:23, 1 Corinthians 15:20–23, Revelation 21:8, Revelation 21:1–4)
Salvation
Salvation has been provided through Jesus Christ for all people. Those who repent and believe in Him are justified by grace through faith, born again of the Holy Spirit, delivered from the dominion of darkness, transferred into the Kingdom of God’s Son, granted the gift of eternal life, and adopted as the children of God (1 John 2:2, Rom. 3:21–24 , Titus 3:4–7, Col. 1:13, Rom. 8:14–16; John 1:12)
Sanctification
God will fill each believer with the Holy Spirit and be sanctified wholly, being separated from sin and the world and fully dedicated to the will of God, thereby receiving power for holy living and effective service. This is both a crisis and a progressive experience wrought in the life of the believer subsequent to conversion. (1 Thessalonians 5:23, Acts 1:8, Romans 6:1–14)
Resurrection
There shall be a bodily resurrection of the just and of the unjust; for the former, a resurrection unto life; for the latter, a resurrection unto judgment. (1 Corinthians 15:20–23, John 5:28–29)
Second Coming
The Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ is imminent, will be personal and visible. This is the believer’s blessed hope. (Hebrews 10:37, Luke 21:27, Titus 2:11–14)
The Church
The Church consists of all those who believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, are redeemed through His blood, and are born again of the Holy Spirit. Christ is the Head of the Body, the Church, which has been commissioned by Him to go into all the world as a witness, preaching the gospel to all nations.
The local church is a body of believers in Christ who are joined together for the worship of God, for edification through the Word of God, for prayer, fellowship, the proclamation of the gospel, and observance of the ordinances of Baptism and the Lord’s Supper. (Ephesians 1:22–23, Matthew 28:19–20, Acts 2:41–47)
Healing
Provision is made in the redemptive work of the Lord Jesus Christ for the healing of the whole person. Prayer for the sick and anointing with oil are taught in the Scriptures as privileges for the Church in this present age. (Isa. 53:4–5; Matt. 8:16–17, James 5:13–16, Acts 4:30)
Ministries

Train Them Up
Living Faith’s Train Them Up class is meant to equip parents with the teachings of Jesus Christ for guiding them on raising their children. Based on Proverbs 22:6, this course is focused on the importance of a first discipleship at home approach. Check back for dates offered.

Young Adult Ministry
Something New is Brewing! We are actively working on “The Lorft”, our Young Adult Ministry. The ministry recognizes the challenges of today’s world and the importance of having a supportive group of peers who share Christian values, as highlighted in Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 where it says that two are better than one.
